Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga incorporates movement that is synchronized to the breath, and flows with the energy in the room. The vinyasa supports a smooth transition in which the poses run together and become a graceful dance.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois and derived from the 8 limbs of ashtanga yoga, this form of yoga focuses on the ujjayi breathe, bandhas (energy locks) and driste (eye gaze). Ashtanga Vinyasa links the breathe and movement, connecting the asanas with vinyasa, and deepening your practice to discover transformation on and off the matt.
